1. School Hours: 8:00-2:45 p.m. Early drop off available at 7:15 a.m. with No extra cost.
2. First Day of school: August 16 
3. Uniforms: Yes, can get the at Rise Brothers uniforms at https://www.rissebrothers.com/shop.cfm. One Uniform for free this year!
4. Special classes: religion, chess, violin, and Latin. 
5. Information about Kindergarten Curriculum: St. Malachy's Kindergarten curriculum builds on the skills students previously learned in our PreK-4 program. Combined with our Classical education opportunities, we utilize the Archdiocese of Miami's recommended curriculum. We offer core courses including Religion, Mathematics, Language Arts (to include Reading/Literature, English, Phonics, Spelling, Vocabulary, and Handwriting), Science, and Social Studies. 
6. Age Guidelines for Preschool and Kindergarten: PreK-4/VPK students must be four (4) years of age on or before September 1st. Kindergarten students must be five (5) years of age on or before September 1st. 
7. Available Scholarships: VPK Vouchers are accepted for PRk4 students. For students in Kindergarten, we accept applications from families participating in the State of Florida Step up for Students (SUFS) program. More information is available at www.stepupforstudents.org. We also accept scholarships from the AAA Scholarship Foundation. Florida parents may apply for Income-Based Scholarships (FTC & FES-EO), Foster/Out-of-Home Care Scholarships, and Disability-Based Scholarships (FES-UA, formerly Gardiner and McKay Scholarships). Tuition 

• Full-Day PreK-4 with VPK: $5,464 per child St. Malachy is an approved Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) Provider. The VPK voucher covers 3 hours per day. The above tuition rate covers the remaining 4 hours and 15 minutes of the full school day. Full-day VPK families are required to pay the registration fee.This tuition rate reflects the applied VPK voucher. If VPK voucher is not submitted the tuition cost is $7,950 per child. 
• Full-Day PreK-4: $7,950 per child 
• Kindergarten:  $7,950 per child 
• Payment Plans: Tuition payments may be made in 10 monthly installments beginning in August and ending in May.
